About The Guildhall

The Guildhall is a Grade I listed building in the centre of York, behind the Mansion House at St Martin’s Courtyard on Coney Street. It was built between 1449 and 1459 and stands on the banks of the River Ouse, a short walk from York Minster, with arched ceilings, stone walls and a stained glass window in the Main Hall.
