About The KP
The KP, also known as the Kilnwick Percy Resort, is a glass-fronted wedding venue set in around 180 acres of woodland in the Yorkshire Wolds, near Pocklington in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Couples can stay on site in the resort’s lodges and hotel rooms, and the venue offers spaces for the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the evening celebration.
Filming a wedding at The KP
Because a wedding party can stay on the estate, the preparations and the celebration can happen in the same place, and I follow the day with a small, quiet kit from the morning through to the evening.

What is included in a wedding film at The KP?
Every wedding I film uses at least five cameras and six wireless microphones, and everything is backed up three times on the day. Packages include a wedding teaser and a highlight film of eight minutes or more, and the larger packages add the full ceremony, the full speeches and a feature film. Drone footage is included where the weather and the venue allow.
How much does a wedding videographer cost at The KP?
Every wedding is quoted around your date and your venue, so the price depends on your day and the package you choose. The Investment page shows what each package includes, and you can check your date to get a personal quote.
Is there a travel charge to The KP?
Travel is free within 50 miles of York. If The KP is further than that from York, I quote travel clearly up front, with no inflated day rates.
How long until I get my wedding film?
Standard delivery is around three months, and it can be longer in peak season. If you need your film sooner, express editing with a two-week turnaround is available as an add-on.
